Pirrewitje and the picnic

Today, on a sunny afternoon in the forest, our little gnome Pirrewitje has a very special plan. He decides to organize a picnic for all his friends in the forest. Pirrewitje knows that sharing and having fun together are very important, and what could be more enjoyable than a picnic with delicious snacks and games?

Pirrewitje starts his preparations early in the morning. He picks fresh berries, makes tasty honey sandwiches, and gathers crunchy nuts. He also lays a colorful blanket on a soft patch of grass near his hollowed-out tree home.

One by one, Pirrewitje invites his friends. There’s Fluttering Vlora, the cheerful butterfly who loves flowers; Busy Eddy the squirrel, always collecting nuts; and Hopping Kiki the rabbit, who enjoys making high jumps. They are all delighted with the invitation and each bring something to share.

Together they enjoy the treats, play hide and seek, and listen to Pirrewitje’s stories. He tells them about the value of friendship and how important it is to care for each other and nature.

After a day full of fun and laughter, they clean up together, keeping the forest as beautiful and clean as ever.
